We don't have sirens in Windsor, but our nearest locale with a decent system, Amherstburg, tests their ATIs on the last Friday of each month at noon. On their website it says they do pulse, but I've yet to attend one of their tests. IDK, even with ATI, should be cool.

Webb Co, TX 1st Thursday of January, April, July & October (weather permitting)
Laredo had mostly 1st-generation 2001s (roundback) (old system)
I don't know what Oilton & Mirando City have
Bruni has STH-10 (seen on news)
Rio Bravo has a 2001-130
El Cenizo does NOT have a siren at all
Colonias D-5 Acres, San Carlos, Las Penitas don't have sirens at this time; but they might soon
La Bota Ranch has a T-135

If a siren test has been canceled/postponed due to bad weather/holiday; they generally wait til the next test day
Proud owner of two 2T22s & a 3T22; & might acquire a roundback 2001 soon

Michigan's standard is 1PM, first Saturday of the month.

So, of course, Livingston County went to 9AM on the first Wednesday (or is it Thursday?) of the month instead.

Pierce County in Washington tests every first Monday of the month at noon regardless of weather (my siren system isn't intended for weather warning).
