Since this siren is on an FC, easiest thing to do is control the chopper off relay 1 in the fc, and the blower and rotator can come off relay 2.

How would I wire that up to do that? I know I can program relay 2 to stay on about 7 seconds longer than relay one. All I need to know is how to wire the chopper to relay 1 and the blower and rotator to relay 2 on the FC.
