Someone posted a picture from the Siren Archive on here one time of an Xt22 and an STH-10 or STL-10 on the same pole.

The Decot is sounded for Fires The TB is sounded for Tornados and the bolt is single tone on highest tap

Do those speaker sirens rotate or are they fixed?

The Whelens oscillate, meaning that they rotate back and forth; however, I don't know as to whether they are prompted to rotate for that occasion. :|
