If there is a DTMF keypad, you can send out a code with a single key instead. This eliminates the chances of a mistake, you do not want a failure due to user input. Also, don't use a generic code like that, they should have a method to the string sequence. You are programming all of the FCs as well? If you need help, send me a PM. Cheapest way is running around town with the keys and setting them off by yourself. Cheap & you get exercise!

For your personal use, gets the job done. For actual use, not at all. The sirens already have FC receivers.

He already has FC's on the sirens. What theroofable is talking about is the best option.

Cheapest way is to get the Veetronix Tone Alert Radio on two tone, buy a handheld radio for $100.00 and get the app "Ted Tones Out" and walla you are up and running and even portable. Total cost $400
