I wrote a reply but it didn't turn out the way I wanted. I will have somebody with a little more experience chime in on this. I have only worked on a RCM1

Edit= "Common" runs to both of the solenoids. I remembered that this was for 240v instead of 120v. I knew that, its just that I've been working with residential wiring all week and got common screwed up with common on a 3 way switch.

Anyways, as far as "K201" and "K202" goes, it does not matter which one you hook up to either solenoid, because "K201" and "K202" would be alternating on/off or simultaneously pulsing on/off. Since each solenoid has two wires coming from it and they are operating on AC, it doesn't matter which one is "Common" or "K". There will be 4 wires coming back to the RCM when its all said and done.

In a standard 1003 installation, there is a single common line and a line each from k201 and k202 running from the RCM3 to the siren. There are three collector rings in the rotator box that move power to the solenoids. Both solenoids pick up the common from the common ring. One solenoid picks up power from "k201" ring and the other from the "k202" ring. To make the siren operate in pulse, wire the two "k" rings to one of the lines from either "k" terminal. Power will be sent to both solenoids at the same time, thus activating the solenoids at the same time.

Just to make sure we are both thinking the same rings, are these the rings in the copper housing?

The rings are in the rotator housing just above the gear drive. I believe it would work wiring it up to the RC-3 that way.
