How can a MD spin being hooked up to a propane on NG line coming off the street without breaking the line off as it spins? Wouldn't a propane or NG tank have to be mounted on the siren like the gas tank was?

Probably had a swivel joint that will allow 360* rotation with no interruption in flow.
