Although I'm curious if that pair of sirens is/was for the nearby L3-Communications facility.

Someone who owns a hurricane mk2 here know what particular blower they used? You think there's a pretty good chance that motor's ruined?

No L-3 has their own two ATI's. I was very hopeful that the P-15/Hurricane setup was the "pair" they were referring to on their website, but isn't. I drove out one day to get a video and I heard the beepers at the airport and those to sirens stood silent. The other Hurricane is a complete unit, from what I can remember, and I never really understood why they installed a P-15 next to it unless something on the Hurricane just flat-out failed and they didn't replace it. It seems like a repair would be cheaper than a flat out replacement. I mean it would make sense to me if it was a T-128 or RM-130, as the difference in age is quite larger than the P-15.

There is no blower motor in that siren. The later hurricanes used a 30 horsepower 3 phase Doerr or Baldor motor connected to a 3 lobe blower via belt drive. The belt came off of a 500 horse generator. If you really want to get somewhere with government officials, being a persistent SOB goes a long way, along with a little cash.

I thought the blowers were direct drive on Hurricanes. Or is that just the first gen model?

The MKII's were belt-drive, if I remember correctly.
