I don't have an image on hand of one of the cells, but given that I-Forces are designed in a similar way with 800 watts per cell here's a screenshot of the guts. The drivers together feed into horns that send the sound down to be reflect off of the cells in mostly the same way as the Modulators. The newer Modulator II series uses 400 watts on all cells.

Ahhh. So 2 drivers connected per the little thingy that hold them?
EDIT: On the Modulator picture, are all the wires in the dummy cell?
That "little thingy" is called a channel
Whatever you do, don't push that big red button🔴!!!

As displayed in the photo above. The Mod II. uses 4, 100 watt drivers. Totalling 400 watts per cell. The UltraVoice controller that powers this siren uses 400 watt amplifiers. These amplifiers have 2 channels at 200 watts per channel. Totaling 400 watts of total output.
The 100 watt Drivers in the siren array cell are wired in parallel. Meaning two, 100 watt drivers per Channel. This totals 200 watts. The drivers are then attached to one of the channels of the amplifier.
Models of this siren range from the MOD1004B all the way through MOD8032B. This siren never has more than 4 drivers per cell.

Modualtor, Generation one.
As seen in the photo below is a Modualtor one.
Similar with the newer Modualtor 2; The Modualtor generation one utlitizes 4, 100 watt drivers. Totalling 400 watts per cell. This only applies to Mod1004-Mod6024. The UltraVoice controller that powers this siren uses 400 watt amplifiers. These amplifiers have 2 channels at 200 watts per channel. Totaling 400 watts of total output.
The 100 watt Drivers in the siren array cell are wired in parallel. Meaning two, 100 watt drivers per Channel. and attached to one of the channels of the amplifier.

Modualtor Gen 1, 6032 and 6048.
6032 means that the middle two cells have 8 drivers instead of 4. This totals 3200watts of sound.
And 6048 means that all six cells of the mod includes 8 drivers. This Totals 4800 watts of sound.
I see how they made the Mod ll smaller.
