So mainly your using your PC for it. Well that narrows it down. As far as customized voice messages are you looking ffor something like the wheelens have or would you like to record one yourself. I mean yeah contacting wheelen might not be a bad idea however some companies are picky who they do that sort of thing for. If you do contact them, Id tell them its not for an actual siren system but a scale model. But do keep in mind some companies WILL charge to do such a thing. I guess it depends on what its worth to have that custom message and if your willing to pay for it. You'd have to contact them to ffind out your chances ffor such a thing first of all.
