Politics at it's finest. We will replace it and then destroy it so it can't benefit anyone else.

It's hard to say what will be replacing it. When Travis posted online he said that the EMA would replaced anything that doesn't fit the 508's 70 dB coverage with a T-128, Eclipse 8 (highly doubt that), or Equinox. My guess is that they've suffled some of the existing systems around and ended up with some extra sirens that could be relocated.
EOWS sirens are from the early 1980's at the earliest and any siren electronic or not that was built at that time would be in the process of being replaced.

I know, but the director said explicitly that they had no interests in electronic sirens. They strayed away from ATI's sirens and took the RTUs when they won one of the bids.

Yeah, I would doubt Eclipse 8s too. I have only seen one thing that just might have been an eclipse 8 west of Bismarck, ND.

Also, in the document I talked about earlier about St. Paul's replacements, I'm not sure if the number of City-Owned sirens has gone up or down, but assuming it hasn't, 36 of St. Paul's sirens are 2001-130s, and one is an RSH-10. Although the U of M does own a few modulators and DSAs.

Apparently it was a false alarm I looked at this map and it said the HOR Super Sirex going to stay: http://em.countyofdane.com/pdf/2015_Project_Map.pdf
