Makes sense cause The siren itself is in remarkably decent shape like it's recently been restored. That, or the paint they used is really good stuff the rcm still puzzles me cause I've never seen one like it before

Hey I remember seeing that siren back in 1999 when I was going to Penn's Cave, but also Pleasant Gap used to have a Model 5 on their old station.

May it have been used as an escape siren for Rockview pennitentary?

No, Rockview has a Model 5 mounted at the facility for escape purposes, the state APPEARS to be switching to Whelen Vortex (as evidenced by this photo from SCI Coal Twp)... so the siren at Rockview may have been replaced by a Whelen.

That's quite an old Vortex for them to be in the process of switching now...the Model 5 is probably long-dead, if it's still there at all.
