Not exactly a cell tower, but here's another siren in Hoover, AL mounted on the side of a communications tower, this time being a Jailbar Thunderbolt (the same on in my avatar, to be exact):

ActuallyI believe this siren is on a cell tower. There is an AT&T property marker on a box at the base of the tower, and whenever I visited the tower when I still ventured out there, I always had a perfect signal literally right there.
