25 batteries on those ones built for Dane county? Man, that is some serious maintenance $$.

As noted, the Banshee B-10/B-15 became the OM-117 under ASC. ASC didn't make many OM-117s so they're somewhat rare compared to the ACA branded examples. Production of the OM-117 ended by 1999.

The last Dane County Performance Plus Penetrator is in Mount Horeb, WI. It is located in Jaycee Park along Linda Road. As Dane County does not test during the Winter it might be replaced by the time routine tests begin. I believe this one is fairly close to original specifications as it bears yellow horns.
Most of these sirens were modified beyond original configuration, I believe they ended up as AC-only rigs towards the end of their lifespan.

As far as I know, the only preserved Performance Plus belongs to the Geek Group.
It might have been from Eden Prairie, MN as it's painted the same tint of deep red.

OM-117s. There are some in Kendallville, IN.
Actually, there is only one OM-117 in Kendallville. The other 4 are ACA branded Banshee's.

SuperBanshee, was the dual tone Banshee ever rebranded by ASC?

No, the only dual tone electro-mechanical sirens sold by ASC were the P-50 and Cyclone 125. The P-50 was known as the RM-135 until the Tempest line was introduced - then it became the T-135 AC. This was discontinued in 2007 when the new T-135 AC/DC was introduced.

The Cyclone was known as the OM-125 or C-125 AC and was discontinued along with the T-135 AC. It still appears as a sporadic addition on ASC's site for heritage. For a while, ASC also offered factory refurbished ACA sirens - sirens supported included the Banshee B-10/B-15, Screamer series, Allertor, and Penetrators. It appears much of this work was done by Fulton Technologies of Roselle, IL. Owing to a spate of problems with Fulton's work, this service has since been discontinued.

ASC still manufactures the C-125. On their Facebook page they mentioned that they still support them for overseas clients and shipped factory new ones in 2015.

That's interesting - every bit of reference I could find suggested it was discontinued years ago. The current website page doesn't give out specs and shows photos of a nice vintage ACA Cyclone instead of the factory promotional photo. I wouldn't suppose those Cyclones ASC sold in 2015 were really refurbished sirens? I seem to recall ASC had a mass of removed Cyclones from Ozaukee county a while back.

Okay, so it looks like this dual tone Banshee was a refurbished one here in Rome City. This must be an ACA model, with an ASC motor.

Kind of going of topic, but I really would like to suggest you write a book in a textbook style where there are pictures and all of this information. It would be a great thing to have in my opinion and I would definitely get one if it had all of this valuable information. Sorry for going off topic, just though of this suggestion.
