That tornado destroyed several buildings at McConnell including their AAFES PX (an enormous discount store exclusive to military personnel and their immediate families) and the winds took out the windows at the boeing office building just a few miles away.

You're right, it is. I just watched it again and you can see the TLC logo (barely) on the bottom right of the screen
