They used cope and drag castings for making their rotors.

ACA used wood patterns which were punched between two sand casting molds. The molds were lifted, wooden pattern removed, and then resealed. Then metal was injected and left to cool - this made a new casting which would then be smoothed out on the machine shop on the lathes seen in the video.

Great video...to those that were skeptical about ACA Cyclones in Taiwan due to their different assemblies, they blatantly state that ACA units were installed there at 32:20 of this video.

This is downright incredible! Actually seeing the inside of the factory, the siren testing and manufacturing facilities, and the installation guidelines were very amazing! I'm surprised that they didn't really capitalize on the Screamer series, the SuperBanshee, or the Howler at all. Final note: did anyone else notice that the Allertor installations used short-horned Allertors on the contrary to the long-horned model they showed at the factory?

I THINK that Soundmaster has more clips on a separate disc

Something interesting is that at 17:22 the banshee being tested appears to be 8/12 port. It's not a super banshee either (RIP SuperBanshee. :( )
I have an unhealthy obsession with mini sirens.

Is that the same building ASC has today?
