I recently found out the siren in Tomball is out of service.
According to the Tomball Fire Department, the siren went off every Friday and was used for tornado warnings.
It was disconnected a few years ago, there are plans to restore it, but there’s no date yet.

Judging from the pipe leading to the head, it’s definitely not active.

Hi! I'm so sorry it took me so long to see these, I'm horrible at checking this board. I will get all of those added promptly, thank you very much!

No worries! I'm glad to help out.
I'm still looking for more unmapped sirens, I hope to share more locations in a week or two.

As promised, Here's a second dump of locations.
Some are too far away to make out the model, So I will mark any I feel uncertain about with a question mark "(?)".
Feel free to leave the sirens with question marks out:

25°53'57.1"N 97°28'06.8"W - Federal Signal Modulator 1004 in Brownsville (1st one)
25°54'51.1"N 97°31'20.4"W - Federal Signal Modulator 1004 in Brownsville (2nd one)
25°57'22.8"N 97°27'17.3"W - Federal Signal Modulator 1004 in Brownsville (3rd one)
30°58'37.7"N 95°38'01.7"W - Federal Signal STL-10(?) at the Wainwright Unit
30°57'40.5"N 95°42'16.2"W - Sentry 5V(?) at the Ferguson Unit
33°25'19.9"N 94°28'15.1"W - Federal Signal SD-10(?) at the Telford Unit
33°27'23.2"N 95°27'08.1"W - General Detroit 344 at Taylortown Fire Station ( https://maps.app.goo.gl/GQR6TWthYozpKBhY8 )
30°20'22.4"N 94°04'06.8"W - Federal Signal Modulator at Westrock Paper Mill ( https://maps.app.goo.gl/exEbSYgTawYhwoKcA In the background)
33°44'09.4"N 101°00'20.8"W - Federal Signal Model 2 at McAdoo VFD (Naked!)
33°20'24.6"N 95°14'55.6"W - Federal Signal Model 2 at North Franklin VFD
28°55'24.0"N 98°08'39.5"W - ASC E-Class EC-4 at Enterprise - Lyssy Station (1 of 2)
28°55'18.3"N 98°08'47.2"W - ASC E-Class EC-4 at Enterprise - Lyssy Station (2 of 2)

Also, I'd like to share a couple of corrections:
First, I should've mentioned that the Sterling M at Caddo Mills is a single-head.
Second, One of the sirens at Lakeview VFD is a General Detroit Model 344, Not a Model A or D
