I recently found out the siren in Tomball is out of service.
According to the Tomball Fire Department, the siren went off every Friday and was used for tornado warnings.
It was disconnected a few years ago, there are plans to restore it, but there’s no date yet.
Judging from the pipe leading to the head, it’s definitely not active.

Also, I'd like to share a couple of corrections:
First, I should've mentioned that the Sterling M at Caddo Mills is a single-head.
Second, One of the sirens at Lakeview VFD is a General Detroit Model 344, Not a Model A or D
