There used to be an STL-10 at the Amissville VFD in Amissville, VA. It was replaced with a Sentry 10V in January 2013.

It sure is! It's an active tornado siren - tested in attack for 3 minutes every Saturday at noon. I also know of a few other square-horned STLs. Can give you locations for them too.
