Could you help me in the search of the Maine Yankee Siren System? Although i have found some current and former locations, my attempts at finding the rest have become short lived.
There are multiple counties that were within the 10 Mile Emergency Planning Zone, about 3-4. All of them are in the State of Maine.

It would be greatly appreciated if you helped me in the search. Nobody is willing to help, and i don't think most people care about my finding that much.

Thanks!
I'd Love To Help! What Are The County Names And How Do I Contact You?
The counties in the 10 mile EPZ are:
Lincoln
Sagadahoc
Cumberland
Androscoggin
Kennebec

Most of the sirens i have found so far are located in the woods not too far off on the side of the road. In my post about the Yankee, you will find some of the locations that i have found. Any Whelen 3016s or Allertors in the area were once part of the plant.

I can be contacted using the private messaging within the site.

Are there still any Allertors that are still hanging around from the system? I had a feeling they were all gone but I could be wrong.

.

According to the research i have done, the Allertors were in place until July of 1981, where they then replaced them with 3016s.
It is possible that there may be a few left. But in 1999, most of the sirens were removed. The sirens i believe are in storage in one of the plant's warehouses on site. A few 3016s were sold, but I'm not so sure about the Allertors.

I found this newspaper article that shows Allertors in the system: https://www.newspapers.com/newspage/160883235/

If you can't do Loudoun, how about Fauquier County, Loudoun's neighbor to the south? BTW if you did do Loudoun I wouldn't mind and it wouldn't be plagiarism. My map isn't very good anyway,
