I checked the Nebraska map, and that's labeled as a Sterling M-10.
There is/was a Soundmaster 125 at the ethanol plant in Sutherland though.

I'm pretty sure the Soundmaster in Sutherland is still up.

Yes, it’s still there, sadly, however, there is a Whelen down the street from it, meaning it is Likley Inactive, and it has not rotated at all over different street view dates.

Knowing that SM-125s were known for having their worm gear mecanisms failing causing the horns to point opposite directions...

All the 125’s I’ve ever heard of can not rotate due to damaged mechanisms. There are also 2 of them in Oakland Acres, IA, but no one knows if they work. The EMA says the do though...
