Chrysler Map.

Thunderbolt replaced a Chrystler in Grand Rapids, Michigan on top of a building downtown. Cords to the building: 42°57'52.68" N 85°40'11.13" W

The Thunderbolt is still active and sounds with the system. There were other Chryslers there too but I have to look up the locations later.

I attached a photo of it.

River City Scholars Charter Academy was home to another Chrysler. There was a list of former locations around somewhere but I can't find it now.

Aetna hose hook & ladder used to have a Chrysler sitting on the tower next to it. It was removed, and the 3 sirens on the tower are inactive.

If you're not aware of them, this morning Facebook page Z.P. Liollio & Company, LLC shared an article on Chrystlers installed in Dade county and their locations. The page occasionally posts siren stuff that may be of interest as well.
