That looks too tall and slim to be a Cyclone to me, in fact, it looks to have the motor on the bottom. My guess is a Federal 5/7 without the bottom housing.
Remember though some of the cyclones in Taiwan have some of their motor on the bottom
EDIT: looked back at it and it does appear to be a 5/7

Where did you hear the claim that ACA shipped Cyclones to Australia? I have been fairly involved in researching ACA and ASC, and this is the first time I've heard this claim. Are you sure you aren't confusing Saudi Arabia with Australia?

Should probably add, that looks nothing like a Cyclone. Looks more like a Model 5 or maybe one of those vertical British sirens.

Yeah, figured that out..
As for the 30 cyclones, there was a post on here a while back talking about cyclones sent to Australia in the comments. I'll find it and send it through.
