Well, the 3 864 controllers I just sold ALL had prerecorded messages in them. So I am not sure where you got that bit of info, but if you go to the sale area and pull up the pics of the listing I believe you can see the memory modules on the panels for the prerecorded messages.

another reason for me to eventually get one, if only I had my siren before you sold yours...
