Oh. Seems I put it the wrong way. I meant that it is very rare to see a hurricane (The horn) rotating, since a lot of them are broken.

I do remeber seeing a video of a Hurricane in the 2004 Siren Contest that had a proken rotator, but that is the only one i know of.

That was some video I captured of a Hurricane on Jupiter Rd. In Garland, TX. That siren has since been replaced with an ATI product.
