Located at the East Hall Football Stadium. Active. As it just so happens, these are 2 of the 3 remaining Modulators within the county that have not been replaced yet.

It's a thing with the Modulator 6048. The 2nd one also has the same setup. I forgot why they do though.

Modulator 6048s need two controllers due to how many amps are required to run all of those drivers at once. It's more than a single controller can provide.
