Also I found this at a church it’s not listed as a sf siren system siren and a can’t find any info it looks like a ati hpss?

It's an ATI HPSS-16.

It's not. If it's at a church it's just church bell speakers. ATI outsources their speakers so they're probably speakers from the same company.

The speakers aren't ATI's. They're made by a Taiwanese company called Kingstar. They've been in use since at least the 1980s as a Swedish warning siren from 1981 used the same speakers.
