There's a "system" of sirens at the REC Silicon Plant in Moses Lake, WA. They test Sundays at noon, appears to be seasonally as I went there a couple weeks back and I heard nothing. I would say if you were to try going there, go sometime in April-May if that works.

There are a handful of Denver sirens in WA that haven't been recorded.

The first thunderbolt I saw there was on exit 27 by a gas station on Todd road. As for the other one though,
I’m not sure but I will look it up.

Yeah I forgot to mention that both of the ones I saw were part of the trojan system. Also the other one is on exit 39 down the road from starbucks and is right by the kelso rotary park (it’s a state Park
