It sounds like the rotator on this TBolt is set to 15 RPM.
I only counted ten rotations in the 2 to 3 minutes the sound byte ran for.

I don't know what I was thinking! I meant 4 RPM's! I counted one rotation every 15 seconds, and that's probably where I got the 15 from. I'll edit that!
