There is also a Thunderbolt 1000T just north of that location on the Richard G. Lugar Towers, a 15 story city government owned low-income housing building. The photo link is listed below. Since this is a building owned by the local city government, I believe that this same location might recieve a new siren when the system is installed. I'm not sure if the government would be willing to install the new siren up on top due to the expense involved in that. On the contrary, if they were to install it on the grounds, part of it's sound field would be blocked by the building, keeping certain areas in the dark in siren coverage.
