Any loss through a pipe could be made up at the blower end, but the question would remain why would anybody want to do this? A system like this would be insanely expensive compared to any alternative you can think of, both to buy, install, and maintain.
But as a thought experiment it's interesting.
BTW, Google says that 10 horsepower is approximately 7.46... kilowatts. Assuming the 7.5 hp blower motor, 2 hp chopper, and 1/2 hp rotator, and a conversion to all DC motors, it would take at least 8 kw of battery power to run a Tbolt - like siren (not allowing for start-up draw, which I don't know how to figure). Another complexity that an EMA wouldn't try to justify.
