Isn't it one of these "E. D. BULLARD" sirens? Never seen such a bizarre rotor shape...

Darley, you are right; it is one of those E.D. Bullard sirens! Looks like this one rotates, judging by the very odd round thing it's mounted on.

Does anyone have a map of Sacramento’s sirens, And is the T-Bolt 1003 active, I would love to film it if possible, and I hope to film a screem-Master siren, and that E.D Bullard siren is inactive I believe. If anyone has more info it would be greatly appreciated

That Bullard siren sure is a rare beast. Someone should check to see if it’s truly inactive. That’d Be a sweet recording.
