I got one of an old 10/12 Allertor next to an old water tower. Here it is.

Sorry to deflate you 10/12 theory but that Allertor in Cambridge is a 8/12 Allertor.

Hmm. Whatever it is, it's not the normal 9/12 one.

I also got pics of Sun Prairie's 2001s next to the water towers.

Thunderbolt on top of the Mt. Airy water tower here in Cincinnati...
