Aside from the Little Giant, what are the differences between the M5, M10, and others? How would one recognise the model by looking at it? I've seen single-headed Sterlings and dual-headed ones with single or dual tones, but I'm not sure what model they are. Also, some had 16 ports and others, such as the one in nearby Silverton, OR, has 15 ports.
