I can see it now like June the 2nd Wednesday of the month Its 11.55 am just before test time And the whole street is filled with people all looking at the hurricane. The pilgrimage to a hurricane and noon comes and .......................Nothing happens Why because there was a cloud in the sky.

If I had the money, and time I would take a little road trip up there to see that baby in action. I imagine it sounds spooky with P-50s and 10s mixing with it, that is if there are others sirens near it.

In other words, he's saying that his city is like Franklin, TN, they see a cloud in the sky, freak out, and cancel the test.n
