Gville would be Greenville Ohio. I know the Darke County courthouse anywhere. This was taken at the far end of Broadway. My mom lives about 8 blocks from this. This particular 2001 your hearing is a 130 at the post office about 4 blocks down on the opposite end of Broadway. Greenville has 5 2001-SRN's and 3 2001-130's.
I couldn't get ahold of my mom during this, so of course you think the worst. However her cell wasn't getting coverage in her basement. Luckily she made it through ok!
Between Whiteland and New Whiteland Indiana which basically but up against each other there are 2 2001's, an STH-10, the Sentry above and a Model 2. Some good vids though,

DUH. Why I wrote Mods I'll never know.
That's what I get for analyzing siren videos on no sleep.

Judging by the long winddown, the other new whiteland siren must be the sth.

Ninja Squirrel wrote:The one in New Whiteland sounds like some sort of 8/12 port siren to me. I'm trying to find it on Google Maps, but they don't have enough coverage in the street view and Bing Maps has a bird's eye view, but it doesn't feel like functioning properly.
EDIT:

Possibly a Sentry.
There is a Sentry at the Police Department in New Whiteland.

There is also an STH-10 in New Whiteland at the fire deptartment.

They also have a 2001 just a tad south of the city.

Here is a vid from the Indianapolis suburb Greenwood. You can clearly here one of Greenwoods 2001's, and I am pretty confident you can here a T-128 from White River Township,

And here in Muncie someone got Ball State's Whelen's

Your 100% correct in that MTSU is Whelen, since I live in the next town over from Murfreesboro. They have one WPS-28xx series on campus, but it has been confirmed they are getting 3 more by the end of this year. Here is the article:

The city of Murfreesboro still refuses to get storm sirens and everyone has to rely on the college's siren(s).

Is it me or is there a very faint SD-10/5T/7T in the background? Could be harmonics from the engine or maybe something else?

It must be Albertville, Alabama. I passed through there on my way back from Huntsville. Mccord communications has an office there.
