My friend found this one and he has a few pictures of it. I'll post his pictures when I meet up with soon. I think it might be a Darley or an Erik.

^That looks like a Darley 3V8 to me.
And I thought the Soundmasters had a 9/12 ratio.

Agreed, it's a Darley 3V8 or 2V8, depending on how big it is, the pictures should show.

I wrote:This was one of the sirens I added to the New York map. I have absolutley no idea what it is. I know the picture is bad, but hopefully someone will be able to tell just from the shape. At first glance, it might look like a Whelen, but I've seen it in person and it's actually a very old-looking mechanical model. The only thing I can think of is that it's some kind of Decot or something, but I'm not really sure. Unfortunately I can't take any better pictures because it's far away and I never go there (I've only been there once).
Picture:

I finally got a chance to drive up to look at this, and it turns out that it IS a Whelen (a WPS-2803)! I could've sworn it was mechanical when I first saw it, but I guess not. I wasn't very good at identifying sirens back then. Oh well, so much for hoping for it to be a rare Decot or something.
Nope they are 8/12.
Is that just the 125? Because I remember seeing a video of a 115, and it was definitely 9/12. I assumed that they used the same choppers for the 125, but I guess I was wrong?

You are mistaken, all the videos of soundmasters have been 8/12.

^Well I looked up Soundmaster videos, and yes, they were 8/12, but I also found the video that I was talking about (which shows a 9/12 siren that appears to be a Soundmaster 115, but maybe it's something else?):
