I believe that the flower one is an SD-10. It was part of some urban beautification project back in the 90s. There's a link to a website about them somewhere....Mark N wrote:This:

not to be mean but the horns on the HOR are intake horns and no sound comes out of them. the sound comes out from the ports on the stator.carexpertandy wrote:I guess you're right.
