Just found this one...according to the majority of the commenters, sirens heard are a STH-10, Screamer, and Type B:

Street View imagery must have been updated since the last time you looked at this location, as there is "new" (Sep. 2013) imagery right by the sirens now. The "mystery" siren next to the 1003 is a three-phase Model 3, and the Thunderbolt doesn't appear to be used/functional any longer yet the Model 3 has what seems to be some sort of modern aftermarket controller on the pole like the others have.
