Here is the Sentry 40V2T in video form, it is indeed mounted on a taller building and appears to have most of it's horns removed and has a very odd pitch compared to other 40V2T sirens I have heard.
Really any of Sentry's large dual-toned models can me made single-toned instead upon request.
