Not a county, per se, but the Melrose, NY fire department has a Thunderbolt (don't know if a 1000 or 1000T because I've never heard it go off).

Yes. That aparently is what I mistaked for the P-15 in North Normal. It has been replaced by a Tempest siren. The second Thunderbolt replacement I mentioned was an early 1000 that is on top of the Cargil Grain Elevator on the east side of town.

Franklin County has 2 remaining Thunderbolts, but both are now inactive. There is also 1 inactive STL-10 and 1 inactive Model 5/7.

Ashland, Ohio has 2 thunderbolts (1000T and a 1000???), an STL, a Darley, and a Model 5(?) at an Ashland inc. plant. The Ashland University campus also has 2 2008-Modulators that play a recording of an eclipse.
Also, the ambience is👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Archer County: 1 thunderbolt 1003 at Archer City Tx City hall and EMS building. 2 Thunderbolts in Holliday Tx.

Wichita County: Thunderbolt 1003 at Electra Pd and Fd. Still used for fire and tornados.
