It almost looks like the WS1000, but it's odd that it only has two speakers. Perhaps it's just a church/city bell system?

I've seen pictures of these before but I forget what they are. Looks too short to be a Model 3.

Part if me thinks it looks like those older model 2s with 2 louvers or those strange sirens dotted around Los Angeles.

Fedelcode model 2 for sure. Not too long ago a guy on the board obtained one and the tag said "Type 2". The louvers on the HOR are larger and point down at a steeper angle.
