Hearn Elementary in Frankfort, KY no longer has their bolt. Looked at it on aerial view and it seemed like the Head was removed.

If you guys count 4/5 port 1000T's, there's one atop a parking garage in Minneapolis, MN. It's by the West Bank, . I don't remember where it is exactly, but it's owned by the bank, so it's not going anywhere.

In Brillion Wisconsin, there is a Jailbar Thunderbolt, but I’m not sure whether it’s a Thunderbolt 1000 or 1000T.

Jailbars were earliest productions models, so nearly all were single-toned [1000]. It is quite rare to find a jailbar 1000T, so I wouldn't count on this one being one.

There was also one removed from their city hall a couple years ago (flip between 2014 and 2017 imagery):

In Chestertown, MD, there used to be a 1003 behind the VFD that was removed in 2014, but the pole and blower remain.

I know a Thunderbolt 1000() in Palm Springs, California. Just of off E Racquet Club and N Vía Miraleste. The siren was discontinued in 2007 and is sitting on top of a fire department. I do not know any details of it.

If you're still including removed thunderbolts, here's one in Markleysburg, PA that was removed sometime between 2008 and 2013.

That 2001 probably sealed its doom, which stinks, because that's a really cool mount on that 1003!
