This siren in Mexico is pretty low. It looks like it's mounted on a memorial structure.

I did a search for "Tafton" and nothing came up, so I hope that means this one hasn't been posted before. Sterling M in Tafton, Pike County, Pennsylvania. Appears to be just for display.
