9954 Ford Avenue, Richmond Hill, GA. Is it a very early Fedelcode Model 5/7? It is double pole-mounted.

That's a Model 3 missing a part of the housing (I forgot what it is called).

I don't think it is a 3. The visible part of the inside has more of a Model 5/7 shape to it.
