Looks almost like an ACA sentry 95 or screamer with a modified housing. The three eyebolts on the top are dead giveaways.

Screamers can be single tone you know. There are plenty of them around here in the US, there is one in Wilson County, TN that has one that runs every day at 7P. I'll have to get a video of it sometime.

They made single tone screamers in 8 and 9 port versions.

The ACA ad I've seen shows the sentry 95 having a 4/5 port ratio. It might be an Erik also.
