That looks to be a Sterling Model K with custom "horns". You can tell by the motor housing and the tall ports.

Are Sterling K's really this large? I guess I've never really seen a close up shot of one, I've always thought they were around the size of a model 2. learn something knew every day.

That's definitely a K going by the 'scalemail' look on the motor housing. Remember that there were two sizes, the K-5 and K-8. Perhaps this is an 8?

It is a Sterling K, but Hedberg had a siren with a one-piece projector much like that in the 1930's. And then there was this siren in France...
