I've seen that type before. I believe that it is a single-tone Decot Red Arrow, which may have been based on the design of the Erick Fire Siren. The Erick is almost exactly like this except without the louvres around the screen. It may also be an Erick, since it appears to have more than 12 ports. Some Erick sirens had around 14 ports, as this one appears to have, but others had 12 ports.bigloudnoise wrote:Here's one I found a couple months ago in Preston, IA.
