The Federal Building TBolt is visible from Carew Tower, I've been up there before and seen it.
The Mt. Airy replacement never was supposed to be a rooftop, according to the bid packet for the new installations, it was originally decided to be pole-mounted.

Alright! It's final! On August 3rd, 2012 I will be going to the top of the Carew tower to get a video of the federal building T-Bolt+Surrounding ambience. After that I'm heading up to Dearborn County, IN, for their monthly 7:00pm test. I will then record (Most likely) an EOWS-612 or a 2001 of sorts.

Okay, this isn't in the Cincinnati Metro area, it's in the Northern Kentucky area, but I don't know where else to put this. Anyways, does anyone know if Fort Thomas' T-Bolts are active?

I would think they're still active.
And technically, the Cincinnati Metro Area includes parts of Northern Kentucky(Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, and Pendleton).

As far as I know, Ft. Thomas' TBolts are still active. Those are also the only TBolts you'll find in Campbell County. There used to be one next to the city building on Licking Pike (Route 9) in Wilder, but it was replaced with a Modulator sometime last year. The rest of the sirens in the county are MODs, EOWS*115s and 2001s.
Also saw the replacement for the Western Hills High School TBolt earlier. It's on Ferguson in front of a vacant lot across from Jake Sweeney Mazda.

I am on vacation from work this week and I will be recording one of the new T-128's for the test on August 1st. The one I will be recording will be the one located on the Tri-State Futbol alliance grounds on Harrison Avenue near Route 128.
Last week on the news, it was mentioned that there was a ground breaking for a new firehouse on Harrison Avenue. This new firehouse would be replacing the one located at Junietta and Epworth Avenues. This could be the reason why there was no siren replacement here because this firehouse might eventually be torn down once the new fire house is built and fully operational.
