It looks somewhat reminiscent of a Sterling N5 without the slotted end cap.

It sorta looks like an Allertor without the top horn.
More likely is a single-horned Little Giant?

To me, it looks like a double headed W.S. Darley with only one head.

I'd hazard a guess and agree that it could be a single-head Darley. Doesn't look like a Little Giant to me.
