I don't think it's supposed to have its own replacement, but it is gonna be removed eventually, as it is for every old siren in the system.

United Way? I do remember seeing a SD-10 mounted the same as United Way's with a T-128 by it.

Ok, I sort of remember now seeing that it was supposed to have its own replacement, just in a different location.

T-128s aren't necessarily crappy, considering they are one of the best sirens made today, and ASC is one of the best siren manufacturers today.

Making idiotic posts tends to result in that.

We have family that lives in St. Bernard and when I pass it on the way home and/or to visiting them, it is facing a different direction after the monthly tests, therefore it is active. The Thunderbolt on top of St. Bernard Elementary is still active, as that is is facing direction after the monthly tests.
Thanks for the clarifications. The only time I'm ever down that way pretty much is when I'm picking up food at Skyline or Pizza Hut. I didn't remember seeing it the last time I was there a few weeks ago, and it didn't appear to be hooked up when I saw it this time.

On a somewhat related note, it will be interesting to see if any of the news outlets report on the status of the new siren system in the coming months with the anniversary of last year's tornadoes coming up in early March.

I got some pics of a new T-128 as well as the STH-10 it replaced in Sharonville. I do not know if this has been mentioned before.
