Well, only operational rotational HOR. North Canton, Ohio has one, but it has not been used for ages.

I think there's one rotating model with two projectors (the one in Butler) and one with only one projector.

The rotator didn't work on one of them.

The one in Butler is only one projector, and has a working rotator.

As evidenced by Fox 19's piece about the sirens, the general public still thinks that sirens are the only way to warn the public about weather or events.

And no mention was made of how the siren replacement project was overdue, only that it was in progress.
